Fraser Suites and Fraser Place Serviced Residences at River Valley Road. Free bus stations next MRI.
Ascott U can try, but prepare for the heavy traffic congestion during peak hours and on weekends and the holiday season in Orchard Road.

The Istana.
In the heart of the city, with its lush gardens. 24 hours guards.
Excellent place to meet good people with their traditional tea.
Hello,
Depending on the part of Singapore where you want to live, but most service apartments are well known in the central part of Singapore.
The Ascott Group, and Shangri-La are particularly good for what it really can not go wrong with them known.
Alternatively, you can try the site or the Concourse at Beach Road. This will give you excellent views over the city and the river, but the Kallang MRT is a walk of 10 minutes.
