Plans For Big Green Egg Table Dieting Problems?

Dieting problems? - plans for big green egg table

, OK I've food for over a week and only weighed. I havent lost a pound! In asking why and what to do in the wrong. Here are my diet plan and exercise.

Breakfast:
2 eggs and a slice of bread with butter or fat-free light projection
2 eggs in an English muffin or light
2 eggs with fat free cheese

Lunch:
Luchmeat Turkey salad with fruit
Tuna and mayonnaise and fruit later, or vegetables such as green beans or broccili or
Salad of romaine lettuce, fresh spinach to deli Turkey and Lite Ranch

Dinner:
5 ounces salmon, vegetables
Hamburger or turkey and vegetables
I have a salad for lunch, but also larger

I snack between sugar, gelatin is free lite fruit or yogurt should not be taken

Excersise: I have a day for 40 minutes and the next band, I do aerobics for 30 minutes. I spend 2 and excersise daily. Because I know that its good to change the exercises.

What am I doing wrong? Please help, I get so angry. ive been eating and nothing is lost

and edit your first breakfast.
Eggs are not good when you are on a diet.
Yellow are particularly bad.
If you are dealt a lover of eggs, one egg per day, or you can eat two eggs a day, but you take the egg yolk and only eat the white part.
Eat dinner early, probably created 7 clock.
It is entirely computer training
Keep it up, and you will be the weight you lose!

Weight can change, but you must change your eating habits. It never ceases to amaze me how people nothing other than eat, "stop." We spend billions of dollars each year on weight control and manage all you need is your mouth. Not a book that you hold as a fall from the sky and landed on you. It was all getting through the mouth, where you do not want it.

Try healthy foods in small amounts, eat 6 times a day. Believe it or not, if you eat less frequently than the body, the food that you eat can absorb and use it as fuel. When you sit down to eat 3 large meals a day, your body does not take much more than food at a time .. so that the fat stored in !!!!!!!! cells.Be bad, I'm not wise, but it's the truth. Watch what you eat, write down everything that the mouth for 1 week you will be surprised if you are honest, and write about everything, and I do not even go a glass of water. Write it. Then take what you ate and decided to change to start UO.

Patience ... only for a week and maybe you have muscle-toning exercises with the same speed as the burning of fat and thus the scales are not good for you.

One indicator could be when the clothes start to feel a little loose. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space for you to thinner in size, but weigh more in terms of (time), such as muscle ... Women can not lose, as well as boys.

Keep what you do, but a little strength training. They make both heart and needs (training with hand weights, squats, and things that tone the upper body, abdomen, legs, buttocks, etc.

They eat something healthy. But losing weight is hard work that you can not expect to lose to weight, immediately. Very quickly the weight comes right next to some adjustments in order to quickly your body, you can not just go jogging and expect to lose weight to make in a day. takes time. Be patient
