Is there a simple way to replace my market umbrella crank up string ? - market umbrella
Should I have the same kind of cable? Has anyone replaced this cord before or you always have the thing together? It is the general way of the cranks, without the center pole. I still have the broken cable. Any suggestion is welcome.

The experiment, a small, flexible wire through the feed path of the chain makes the cable long enough to pass the full path. Cable back into the end of the tape drive cable. Now pull the new wire cable with tape to the end of the cable that comes out. Go to contact Tie roof.
